在襄阳红牡丹实业有限公司，来自西藏琼结县的年轻小伙洛桑多吉刚结束一天的工作。作为今年7月通过“鄂藏情”就业援藏中心来到襄阳工作的大学生之一，他已逐渐适应了这座城市的生活。“公司为我提供了良好的住宿条件，同事们也特别照顾我。”洛桑多吉微笑着说，“襄阳现在已经成为我的第二故乡了。”
