margin-top: 0px; margin-bottom: 0px; padding: 0px; box-sizing: border-box;"><span style="font-size: 17px; color: rgb(62, 62, 62); box-sizing: border-box;">2021年2月11日，早上八点左右，寒风刺骨，张小兴路过汉洪村公交站旁，看到一辆咖啡色小车翻进路边沟渠里，于是便立刻同村书记电话联系汇报此事；村书记表示之前经过时，沟渠内还没有车辆，司机此刻必然还困在车内，书记知道张小兴17年做过心脏瓣膜修复手术，没有足够的力量独立救援，于是安排张小兴在现场等待自己安排人来救援。</span></p><p style="white-space: normal; margin-top: 0px; margin-bottom: 0px; padding: 0px; box-sizing: border-box;"><span style="font-size: 17px; color: rgb(62, 62, 62); box-sizing: border-box;">因为天气十分寒冷，水面温度很低，张小兴十分担心水中司机安全，于是他急忙到路边拦下了当时路过的黄华国，请求黄华国的协助，黄华国看到情况后，毫不犹豫跳进冰冷的水渠，发现驾驶员在车里已经昏迷，水已经灌入车里，但车门怎么也拉不开，情况十分危急，这时张小兴递给黄华国一块石头，协助黄华国用力砸破车窗玻璃，救援的过程中黄华国不慎被破损的玻璃割伤了手臂，鲜血直流，但他顾不上被划伤的胳膊，抓紧时间把受伤的驾驶员托出车外，和张小兴一起将驾驶员送到路边躺下。等到家属和交警来到现场，方才离开。黄华国、张小兴在他人生命安全受到威胁时，勇于担当、挺身而出，避免了人民群众生命财产损失。</span></p><p style="white-space: normal;
