wrap;">此次双随机检查按照大学、中小学和幼儿园三类分别进行，蔡甸区共有各类学校173家，分别为大学食堂1家、中小学食堂56家、幼儿园食堂116家。检查组按照各食堂的类别特点，制定出相应的检查方案，重点对餐饮服务许可证持有情况、食品原材料采购索证登记、从业人员健康证持有率、食品留样情况及现场卫生状况进行检查。</p><p style="text-wrap:
