border-box;">残疾人出行不方便，办理行政审批事项往往比普通人难。为彻底解决痛点、难点、堵点问题，该乡便民服务中心联合民政、残联、人社、医保等部门，对照“一事联办”业务流程再造的总体要求，积极搭建“我要申请残疾人证一事联办”网上办理模块，把两项涉残证书（残疾人证、低保证）和四项助残补贴（困难残疾人生活补贴、重度残疾人护理补贴、重度残疾人养老保险补贴、医疗保险补贴）的政务服务事项打包成一个主题事项，实行集中受理。</p><p border-box;">申请人只需填写一张“我要申请残疾人证一事联办”登记表，把所需资料一次性提交给该项业务综合受理窗口，窗口人员直接将资料传递至民政、残联、人社、医保等联办部门，通过线上线下共享平台完成资料内部流转，核验通过后20个工作日内就把证件办好。事项办结后，统一由该综合服务窗口发证，不方便领取的还可选择快递寄送上门。</p></section></section></section><section
