今年7月，王某某在禁渔期、禁渔区使用地笼网在汉江蔡甸段水域非法捕捞水产品被公安机关抓获，蔡甸区检察院经审查认为王某某的非法捕捞行为破坏汉江生态环境，损害社会公共利益，在追究王某某刑事责任的同时，决定提起附带民事公益诉讼，要求被告人王某某按照中国水产科学研究院长江研究所制定的生态修复方案放流鱼苗。在案件审理中，经公益诉讼起诉人以案普法、释法说理，被告人王某某认识到自己非法捕捞行为破坏了生态资源，表示认罪悔罪，愿意放流鱼苗进行生态修复。蔡甸区法院判决支持检察机关的全部诉讼请求，判令王某某按生态修复方案放流成鱼5.6千克，幼鱼19988尾。</p></section><section
