湖北疾控：新冠病毒绝不是“大号流感”

text-indent: 0em;"><span style="caret-color: red; letter-spacing: 1px; font-size: 17px; font-family: Helvetica, Arial, sans-serif;">流感是由流感病毒引起的急性呼吸道传染病，冬春季会局部流行，每年流行的流感病毒毒株也有变化更替，大多数的流感感染者不至于住院甚至死亡，但是即便如此，每年也会给全球带来数以万计的人员超额死亡，尤其是中老年人和基础疾病者。面对流感病毒，人类经过了不懈努力，长期开展监测预警，拥有特效的抗流感病毒药物和疫苗等防控措施才取得了一些成果。<br/></span></p><p style="text-align:justify;white-space: normal; margin-bottom: 0px; line-height: 2em; text-indent: 0em;"><br/></p><p style="text-align:justify; line-height: 2em; text-indent: 0em;"><span style="letter-spacing: 1px; font-size: 17px; font-family: Helvetica, Arial, sans-serif;">新冠病毒作为一种新发的急性传染病，也是通过呼吸道传播为主，但是<strong><span style="color: rgb(27, 55, 94);">新冠病毒传染性要比流感病毒强很多，研究显示近期流行的奥密克戎BA.5变异株的传播指数（R）能达到10以上，这是远超流感的</span></strong>。即使从疾病的症状来看，现在无症状和轻症的比例增加，致死率也在下降，但是如果短期在人群中大规模传播开来，重症和致死的绝对数也是不容忽视的，而且和流感的抗病毒药物和疫苗相比，我们还有很多的需要努力提高的地方。</span></p><p style="text-align:justify; line-height: 2em; text-indent: 0em;"><br/></p><p style="text-align:justify; line-height: 2em; text-indent: 0em;"><span style="letter-spacing: 1px; font-size: 17px; font-family: Helvetica, Arial, sans-serif;">因此，在要坚持“外防输入、内防反弹”总策略和“动态清零”总方针的指引下，我们还是要再继续努力加快研发特效药物用于预防和治疗，加快疫苗的研发和接种策略用于人群免疫，同时本着“人民至上 生命至上”的理念，不断优化和完善我们的策略和措施，用最低的代价巩固来之不易的防控成果，直到我们从容面对新冠病毒的那一天到来。</span></p></section><p><br/></p><section style="font-size: 17px;
