style="white-space: normal;box-sizing: border-box;">从花香四溢的花博汇，来到风景如画的沉湖湿地，金秋十月，知音故里——蔡甸美不胜收。再过一个多月，《湿地公约》第十四届缔约方大会将在湖北武汉举行，作为大会分会场，沉湖湿地将向全球展示武汉、湖北乃至中国湿地保护的成效。</p><p style="white-space: border-box;">沉湖湿地自然保护区位于蔡甸西南部，总面积17.4万亩，相当于16246个标准足球场大小。2013年10月，沉湖湿地被国际湿地公约列入国际重要湿地名录，是江汉平原上最大的、地球上同一纬度湖泊群中唯一的一处典型淡水湖泊和沼泽湿地，拥有动植物上千种，其中鸟类169种，被誉为“湿地水禽遗传基因保存库”。每年冬天，成千上万的候鸟来此越冬，这里也成为观鸟的最佳选择地。<br 我们自从建立省级自然保护区之后，一直大力实施湿地保护与修复工程。特别是2019年，我们实施了退养还湖，把保护区的核心区和缓冲区所有生产经营活动全部取缔，湿地生态系统修复步伐明显加快。我们的保护对象——鸟类的数量、种类逐年增多，保护区典型的水生植物分布面积逐步增加。像我手里拿的就是典型的水生植物——野菱，在我们保护区的总面积逐年增加，它可以起到很好的净化水质、防止水土流失的作用；它也是很多野生动物的食物。在做好保护与修复的同时，我们也加快做好保护区的基础设施建设，修建了很多鸟设施，可以让大家近距离观测鸟类和野生植物。</p></section></section></section></section></section><section 屏幕上不同的线路代表一只鸟类的飞行线路，我们去年研究鸟类的迁飞路线。为20只鸟佩戴了追踪器，目前，可以看到很多鸟已经迁飞到了它的繁殖地俄罗斯。现在已经是十月份，冬候鸟要从繁殖地向越冬迁飞，我们非常期待它早日归来。今年武汉市将举行第14届湿地公约缔约方大会，武汉能举办这次大会是国际社会对武汉乃至中国湿地保护的认可，我作为沉湖湿地保护工作人员感到非常自豪，也非常期待这次大会的召开。</p></section></section></section></section></section><p border-box;">在中法武汉生态示范城启动区能源站，一台近半个集装箱大小的设备，是被称为“超级中央空调”的离心制冷机，它采用国标一级能效的高效制冷设备，每小时可将380吨自来水降温到5℃。这样的设备在这里一共有4台，供冷面积可覆盖约103万平方米的建筑，年底投入运营后将主要服务于中法生态城西部片区的商场、酒店、写字楼、居民区等用户。 </p><p style="white-space: 当“凉水军团”从能源站出发，顺着中法生态城地下综合管廊的管道抵达热力交换站后，再经风机盘管设备将凉水中的凉气送到用户家中。而完成降温使命的“凉水军团”将返回能源站，循环降温后再次出发。</p></section></section></section></section></section><section style="box-sizing: border-box;" border-box;">长约8.1公里、平均深度7.5米的中法武汉生态示范城综合管廊是蔡甸区首条智慧化地下综合管廊，于今年5月正式投入运营。热力管道作为首条管线正式入廊，集中供冷和供暖可共用这一热力管道系统，节省了重复建设成本和空间资源，实现了“制冷”与“制热”一管切换。</p><p style="white-space: normal;box-sizing:
