padding: 0px; -webkit-tap-highlight-color: transparent; font-weight: 700;">对郝穴镇（东至东环路、南至颜总渠颜北渠、西至荆江大堤、北至富民路）实行静态管理。</span></p><p><span class="text-parser_strong__14xXy" style="margin: 0px; padding: 0px; -webkit-tap-highlight-color: transparent; font-weight: 700;"><br/></span></p><p>一、<span class="text-parser_strong__14xXy" style="margin: 0px; padding: 0px; -webkit-tap-highlight-color: transparent; font-weight: 700;">静态管理时间：从10月2日5时起实行静态管理。</span>其间区域内保持静默状态，非必要不外出，县城区原则上必须居家。县内所有人员非必要不离开江陵，其它乡镇（管理区）人员非必要不到郝穴镇。倡导县外人员非必要不来江陵。静态管理解除时间根据疫情形势另行通告。</p><p><br/></p><p>二、<span class="text-parser_strong__14xXy" style="margin: 0px; padding: 0px; -webkit-tap-highlight-color: transparent; font-weight: 700;">实行交通管控，除疫情防控、医疗救护、消防救援、警务、民生保障、应急物资运输等车辆外，其他车辆一律禁止上路通行；各类离江通道（包括高速路口、国省县道、渡口等）限制通行。</span></p><p><span class="text-parser_strong__14xXy" style="margin: 0px; font-weight: 700;">各类校外培训机构等停止线下教学。各类学校在静态管理解除前不得开学。</span>福利院、养老机构、精神卫生机构、监所等特殊场所实行封闭式管理。区域内所有在建项目工地、企业，实行封闭管理，闭环运行。</p><p><br/></p><p>五、<span class="text-parser_strong__14xXy" style="margin: 0px; padding: 0px;
