1px;">掌握情况后，大队立即组织警力进行布控。9月22日晚8时，汉警快骑机动队民警李辉带队在大集街大沌路开展排查时，发现该车正从泊龙湾商业广场停车场出口驶出。民警立即上前将该车拦停，在核实驾驶员信息时，发现驾驶人张某并未取得机动车驾驶证，且曾于2021年11月10日在蔡张线因为未取得机动车驾驶证驾驶摩托车上路被蔡甸交警查获。</span></p><p style="margin-bottom:
