normal;">管线工程涉及给水管线、雨污管线、燃气管线、供电管线、路灯管线、电视管线等12种，企业经办人员说：“将这些管线协议签完，最快需要跑一周的时间。”</p><p style="white-space: normal;"><br/></p><p style="white-space: normal;">蔡甸区投资建设项目一站式服务中心得知该情况后，经过深入调查了解，召开了相关管线权属单位参加的区工程建设项目审批制度改革试点工作领导小组联席会议，并通过会议纪要的形式明确了协议的种类、签订流程、时限等要求。</p><p style="white-space: normal;"><br/></p><p style="white-space: normal;">据了解，由原12个权属单位签订的管线保护协议，改为跑区投资建设项目一站式服务中心一门；确定了企业申办开挖业务时，对应权属管线单位协议由区投资建设项目一站式服务中心窗口发放，企业签订管线保护协议后和申办城市道路占用挖掘许可材料后，由窗口将协议转给管线权属单位，并限时签订完成后返回窗口与城市道路占用挖掘许可证同时发放给申办企业，实现企业办事只进一扇门，少跑路的改革目标。</p><p
