border-box;">经现场询问勘察，该处新增建设为当事人未经审批擅自建设，准备用作存放物品的仓库。确认违建事实后，执法队员立即对施工人员进行了劝阻和制止，并向违建当事人耐心讲解了相关法律法规，以及违建带来的安全隐患。通过执法队员宣传讲解，违建当事人认识到自己的行为违法，同意停止建设，执法队员及时将刚刚“露头”的违法建设制止在了萌芽状态。</p><p style="white-space:
