如何防范病毒隐秘传播？公卫专家详解本轮疫情病毒传播特点

background-color: rgb(255, 255, 255); line-height: 1.5; font-size: 18px; text-indent: 2em; text-align: justify;">传染性更强、传播速度更快。魏晟指出，从本次疫情分析，奥密克戎变异株传播代际间隔约2天左右，有最新研究表明，奥密克戎变异株可以在2分钟左右进入宿主细胞，很快在上呼吸道呈现指数复制，12-24小时后在感染细胞中释放成熟的病毒颗粒，也就是通常说的开始“排毒”， 因此，奥密克戎变异株最快的不到24小时就能把病毒传染给另一个人。</p><p style="margin-top: 1em; background-color: rgb(255, 255, 255); line-height: 1.5; font-size: 18px; text-indent: 2em; text-align: justify;">感染症状不明显，隐匿性更强。本次疫情发现的无症状感染者占比较高。感染后大多数患者临床症状并不明显，很多人没有症状，有的主要是流鼻涕、打喷嚏、喉咙痛等一些缺乏特异性的症状，导致病例早发现、早控制难度增加，容易造成扩散蔓延、多点散发或集中暴发。</p><p style="margin-top: 1em; background-color: rgb(255, 255, 255); line-height: 1.5; font-size: 18px; text-indent: 2em; text-align: justify;">“为了尽可能找出潜在感染者，短期内多轮次的核酸检测是必要的。”魏晟表示，因为奥密克戎的潜伏期虽然缩短了，但具体到个人，感染后潜伏期长短还是有个体差异，这可能就造成在做核酸检测的时候，虽然已被感染，但是其病毒载量不够，核酸检测也无法筛查出来。因此需要多轮次的核酸检测，才有可能赶得上奥密克戎的传播速度，才能把潜在感染者全部摸排出来，</p><p style="margin-top: 1em; background-color: rgb(255, 255, 255); line-height: 1.5; font-size: 18px; text-indent: 2em; text-align: justify;">除了核酸检测之外，魏晟认为，适当的控制社会面人员的聚集和流动也是快速斩断传播路径的必要手段。“奥密克戎的传染力非常强，如果不加以社会面的控制，基本上可以做到感染人数两天翻一倍。在多轮核酸检测的同时适当的控制社会面人员的流动性，才有可能短期内以较小的代价实现奥密克戎的社会面清零。”</p><p style="margin-top: 1em;
