initial;">“疫情防控，人人有责。遵守疫情防控规定是每一个人应尽的责任和义务。”谭晓东提醒，对于普通市民来说，不扎堆、不聚集，尽可能减少外出，减少非必要的社交活动；要坚持戴口罩、勤洗手、常清洁、用公筷、一米线等卫生习惯，做好自我健康监测，如出现咽痛、干咳、发热、乏力、嗅觉味觉减退等不适症状，立即到发热门诊就诊，就医途中全程佩戴口罩，避免乘坐公共交通工具。此外，全程接种新冠病毒疫苗也非常重要，18岁及以上人群完成全程接种后间隔6个月还要完成加强针接种，这对于进一步筑牢免疫屏障、遏制病毒传播也是至关重要的措施。</p><p
