蔡甸区审计局助力青年干部走向前台显身手

powered-by="xiumi.us">“感谢局领导的帮助与支持，让我有机会出去锻炼提高。”日前，蔡甸区审计干部俞诗军被组织安排前往中法生态示范城管委会事务处挂职，临行前，俞诗军对该局领导表达感谢。近年来，蔡甸区审计局高度重视对中青年干部的培养，不断将他们推向前台，同时持续注入新鲜血液，招聘人才，让审计力量焕发青春活力。</p></section></section><section border-box;">定方案重培养</strong>。年初，该局进一步完善《蔡甸区审计局青年干部成长计划和培养方案》，以实践锻炼提升青年干部的政治水平、综合素养及业务能力。在重点审计项目中，大胆启用青年干部当主审，让他们独当一面在一线接受挑战，锤炼作风、增长才干。优秀干部被提拔到相应的岗位，其中2名青年女干部经组织考察被提拔到副处领导岗位。近期又有4名青年干部被提拔到相应科室担任科长副科长，成为该局中坚力量。截至目前，在30多人的局里，20名90后中，有近10人被提拔到中层岗位，多人完成职级晋升。</p><p border-box;">搭台子递梯子。</strong>为加快对青年干部培养，让他们尽快成才，该局想方设法将有潜力的青年干部推荐出去学习培训。其中，推荐2名青年干部分别到对口帮扶村做驻村第一书记，除了对帮扶村搞好相应的振兴乡村计划的工作，同时也是锻炼他们在一线的工作能力、组织能力等。1人在区乡村振兴驻村第一书记优秀公务员评选中获得荣誉。青年干部黄钰娟参加了全区青年干部培训班，接受了一系列理论知识学习，用她自己的话说，全面提高了理论素养，丰富了理论知识，获得了很多能量，为指导工作提供了坚实理论基础。同时，该局还有2名青年干部被推荐到省厅参加主审业务培训，提高了战斗能力。</p><p border-box;">促进步强本领。</strong>“在武大的学习特别有成效，对自己各方面知识与素养的提升非常明显。”成为该局公务员后的青年女干部刘娟，对自身知识储备感到担忧，决定通过再深造改变提升自己，于是考入武汉大学公共管理系学习。青年干部黄尧也觉得有本领恐慌，通过考入华中科技大学在职学习，让自己补充了有关学科业务知识，变得更加乐观自信，目前他担任办公室副主任，工作开展得井井有条，非常出色。据悉，该局还有多名青年干部在局领导的大力支持下，正在进行有关自学考试活动，让自身本领更强健，以适应新形势下的审计工作需要。</p><p
