border-box;">黄虎村座落在东湖水系的高湖之滨，全村所辖版图面积为4.27平方公里，其中耕地面积2126亩，山林面积998亩，水域面积837亩，现有人口1783人，是湖北省第四批宜居村庄。这里生态优美、古村古韵，吸引着文创艺术家们纷纷“入驻”，通过丰富精神文化生活，激发村民的内生动力，走出了一条“文创+乡村”的乡村振兴发展之路。</p><p style="white-space: border-box;">2018年，黄虎村成立乡村旅游合作社，制定文创企业落户贴租、贷款贴息等优惠政策，推行“空闲农房+文化创意+经济发展”等模式，把农户空闲农房对外招商，提高农民收入，盘活闲置小学及民房，重点扶植了悠悠山房、九鲤梦等文创企业孵化器，先后引进了数十家公司及十余间文创工作室。文化创业者们纷至沓来，大家在这里品茶艺、制古琴、做陶艺、练武术、学中医、聊音律，过起闲适的田园生活。</p><p border-box;">据悉，市农业集团“国企联村”项目“官湖驿·知音谷”也落户该村，秉持“不迁走一户居民，不占用一亩农田”的原则，全部利用村里空闲农田及农房打造，整体建设围绕“2心、1环、6区”展开。将村里的6个自然湾分别打造为花间乡舍、阡陌田园、湖畔雅苑、林谷小镇、知音艺社及农市石集6大功能园区。景观节点一期总投资5500万元，计划2023年建成运营。预计可实现企业年运营收入1000万元，村集体增收100万元，带动村民就业100人以上，实现产村完美融合，助力乡村振兴。</p><p
