border-box;">惠兆胜，1963年参军，1965年以知识青年的身份，满腔热血地参与援越抗美战争，1966年加入中国共产党。在越南4年，惠兆胜先后以团副班长、排长、政治处指导员的身份参与“文战”，充分发挥个人所能、所学，以一枚“螺丝钉”的精神，在异国他乡为国奋战，直到1969年凯旋归来。</p><p style="white-space: normal;margin:
