0px;padding: 0px;box-sizing: border-box;">杨军介绍，炉房村以“围绕一个景区，发展一片产业，打造一张名片”为目标，大力推进产业融合发展，通过与九真山风景区深度合作，以协调促进村民到景区内就业和鼓励村民自主创业的方式，实现村民增收致富。其中，成功打造了以“杨家小院”为代表的一系列吃住玩于一体的民宿综合体，将炉房村塑造成永安街道的旅游名片。</p><p border-box;">接到村民反馈后，杨军第一时间联系专业的清淤队伍对两个水塘进行了实地勘察，村党总支成立工作专班与清淤队伍一起连夜制定工作方案，敲定后立即投入施工，用最短的时间解决了该问题。与此同时，杨军还考虑到水质变清容易吸引小朋友玩水的问题，又在水塘周围修建了安全护栏，防范安全风险。</p><p style="white-space: normal;margin:
