border-box;">据了解，三年来，各牵头园园长不定期组织业务园长、骨干教师、保健教师等实地前往共同体成员单位下园督导。通过听汇报、看现场、查资料、做访谈等环节，查找园务管理、安全防护、卫生保健、保教活动等薄弱环节，并给予现场指导，督学职责与共同体指导互为补充。在跟进式的检查、反思、改进的过程中，各幼儿园自主管理能力不断提升，一批共同体牵头园的中层管理人员脱颖而出，专业素养和管理水平逐年提高，成为全区幼儿园管理梯队的后备军。</p><p
