0px;box-sizing: border-box;">近年来，蔡甸区城管执法局将“门前三包”制度纳入城市管理工作的重点，推动全区“门前三包”管理走向制度化、规范化、常态化。地铁口非机动车乱停乱放一直是影响市容的一大难题，为加强地铁出入口非机动车停放管理，韩继芳和队员们在市民出行高峰时段，都要到每个地铁站点值守。</p><p style="white-space: normal;margin:
