border-box;">眼下，西屋台村种植的30亩蔬菜瓜果已基本成熟，吸引不少游客前来采摘。“我和婆婆每天在家门口务工，种植点蔬菜瓜果，每个月就能拿到7000元，还能照顾家里，心情好了，在地里干活也更有劲了”，正在地里忙着采收的农户李贵荣说道。</p></section><section style=" text-align: center;margin-top: normal;margin: 0px;padding: 0px;box-sizing: border-box;">“以前，村民一直延续着传统的种植方式，生产效率低。”姚青松介绍，西屋台村过去属于传统农业村，随着社会发展，交通日趋便利，越来越多的村民选择外出务工。这样一来，村里出现了许多荒废或闲置土地，令姚青松心里不是滋味。</p><p style="white-space: border-box;">2021年3月，武汉城投集团“国企联村”工作队来村后，村“两委”和工作队共同敲定了一套行之有效的方案——建立农业产业项目，在生产模式、产业转型上下功夫，吸引人才回流、村民增收。去年7月，西屋台村流转村民土地30亩，引进了“蔡甸农博汇·刺绣田园”项目。与往传统采摘不同，该项目打造的是高品质景观式菜园，让城里人在“刺绣田园”体验劳作的乐趣。“通过这种体验产品的形式创新，擦亮特色农产品招牌。”</p></section><p border-box;">可万事开头难，项目启动之初，并未得到村民的理解和支持，不少村民依旧看好传统种植模式，对这种新事物持怀疑态度。“我们就一家家上门劝说宣传，耐心讲解，直到的蔬菜成熟上市了，有的村民还惊叹‘蔬菜还可以这样种’。”姚青松说。</p></section></section><section style="box-sizing: border-box;" border-box;">去年9月，园区第一批蔬菜中的茄子、辣椒迎来丰收，到年底，共收获十余种蔬菜产品1.8万余斤，1万多斤绿色蔬菜销往了市区酒店和单位食堂。据统计，自项目落户以来，<strong style="box-sizing:
