padding: 0px; box-sizing: border-box;"><br style="box-sizing: border-box;"/></p><p style="white-space: normal; margin-top: 0px; margin-bottom: 0px; padding: 0px; box-sizing: border-box;"> 为加强烟花爆竹安全管理，保障社会公共安全，减少城市环境污染，维护区域良好人居环境，根据《烟花爆竹安全管理条例》和《武汉市燃放烟花爆竹安全管理规定》等法律法规有关规定，现就本区全面禁止燃放烟花爆竹有关事项通告如下：</p><p style="white-space: normal; margin-top: 0px; margin-bottom: 0px; padding: 0px; box-sizing: border-box;"> 一、本区行政区域范围为全面禁鞭区，全面禁止燃放烟花爆竹；</p><p style="white-space: normal; margin-top: 0px; margin-bottom: 0px; padding: 0px; box-sizing: border-box;"> 二、在本行政区域内任何单位、个人不得非法生产、销售、运输、储存、燃放烟花爆竹；</p><p style="white-space: normal; margin-top: 0px; margin-bottom: 0px; padding: 0px; box-sizing: border-box;"> 三、任何单位、个人有权对非法生产、销售、运输、存放、燃放烟花爆竹的行为进行劝阻，或向公安机关及有关部门举报；</p><p style="white-space: normal; margin-top: 0px; margin-bottom: 0px; padding: 0px; box-sizing: border-box;"> 四、违反本通告规定的，公安机关、应急管理部门将依据《中华人民共和国治安管理处罚法》、《烟花爆竹安全管理条例》和《武汉市燃放烟花爆竹安全管理规定》等有关法律法规予以依法处理；构成犯罪的依法追究刑事责任；</p><p style="white-space: normal; margin-top: 0px; margin-bottom: 0px;
