0px;box-sizing: border-box;"><strong style="box-sizing: border-box;">（一）惠民惠农财政补贴资金“一卡通”突出问题专项治理“回头看”。</strong>整治的具体问题包括政策落实、资金管理不到位，“一卡通”办理、发放和使用不规范及违法违规等3类14个方面问题。</p><p style="white-space: normal;margin: 0px;padding: 0px;box-sizing: border-box;"><br style="box-sizing: border-box;"/></p><p style="white-space: normal;margin: 0px;padding: 0px;box-sizing: border-box;"><strong style="box-sizing: border-box;">（二）不合理医疗检查、“三假”（假病人、假病情、假票据）问题专项整治。</strong>分为不合理医疗检查问题、“三假”问题2个子项，整治的具体问题包括违反临床诊疗指南、临床路径的重复检查、过度检查，全省定点医疗机构使用医保基金中违法违规、高值耗材管理、内部基础管理、监管能力建设等10个方面问题。</p><p style="white-space: normal;margin: 0px;padding: 0px;box-sizing: border-box;"><br style="box-sizing: border-box;"/></p><p style="white-space: normal;margin: 0px;padding: 0px;box-sizing: border-box;"><strong style="box-sizing: border-box;">（三）中小学校食堂服务保障学生不到位问题专项整治。</strong>整治的具体问题包括学校教职工在食堂就餐与学生同质不同价、免费吃学生餐以及陪餐不交费，克扣、挪用、截留、贪污学生伙食费及私设“小金库”，在食堂违规开支、违规接待，食堂大宗食材招标不规范或涉嫌利益输送，学校食堂学期末结余资金未据实清退给学生等5个方面问题。</p><p style="white-space: normal;margin: 0px;padding: 0px;box-sizing: border-box;"><br style="box-sizing: border-box;"/></p><p style="white-space: normal;margin: 0px;padding: 0px;box-sizing: border-box;"><strong style="box-sizing: border-box;">（四）食品安全问题专项整治。</strong>分为校园周边食品安全问题、网络餐饮食品安全问题2个子项，整治具体问题包括对校园周边食品摊贩监管不严格，查处网络餐饮食品安全问题中吃拿卡要、以权谋私等7个方面问题。</p><p style="white-space: normal;margin: 0px;padding: 0px;box-sizing: border-box;"><br style="box-sizing: border-box;"/></p><p style="white-space: normal;margin: 0px;padding: 0px;box-sizing: border-box;"><strong style="box-sizing: border-box;">（五）专业化物业服务收费信息不透明问题专项整治。</strong>整治的具体问题包括未在物业区域内显著位置公示物业服务合同约定的服务内容、服务标准、收费项目、收费标准、收费方式等信息；擅自允许他人利用共用部位、共用设施设备进行广告、宣传、经营等活动；受委托代收水电气暖等费用时，违法加价或违规向业主收取手续费等费用；擅自提高物业服务收费标准，违规收取不合理费用等4个方面问题。</p><p border-box;">（六）侵占挪用养老保险基金、骗取养老保险待遇问题专项整治。</strong>整治的具体问题包括养老保险基金未存入财政专户，未专款专用，未实行“收支两条线”管理；养老保险经办人员利用职务之便侵占、挪用养老保险基金问题；参保人或有关单位和人员虚构、伪造或非法更改个人身份证明及档案等材料，或者伪造、冒用他人身份、社会保障卡骗取养老保险待遇问题；参保人及他人违反养老保险政策规定，有意隐瞒实情，冒领或继续享受养老保险待遇等6个方面问题。</p><p
