border-box;">金鸡村位于蔡甸区侏儒山街东部，毗邻318国道，全村共12个村民小组，辖578户2387人，党员58人。李超群于2005年被选任为村干部，在村“两委”连续工作17年，期间成立了金鸡村瓜菜营销专业合作社并任负责人，2020年被授予湖北省抗击新冠肺炎疫情先进个人荣誉，2021年底经换届选举当选为金鸡村党支部书记。上任以来，李超群带领村“两委”班子，按照“支部组织带村、主导产业强村、现代农业定标、生态家园建村”发展思路，积极推进土地流转，调整农业种植结构，走出了一条“支部引领、产业铺路、院社联动”发展之路。</p><p border-box;">金鸡村现有“两委”干部7人，本次换届新上任2人均为80后，其余5名原“两委”干部均为70后，文化程度和个人能力素质水平较高，班子团结有活力。李超群根据干部们的实际情况进行分工，严格岗位职责，充分发挥各自的主观能动性。同时，积极发展返乡大学生、退伍军人、农民专业合作社负责人等人群为入党积极分子，从具备“三高三强”条件的入党积极分子中发展新党员，培养后备干部，做好人才储备。</p><p normal;box-sizing: border-box;">2003年金鸡村抓住中央出台的一系列惠农措施所提供的机会，选择藜蒿和西甜瓜作为强村富民主攻方向，发展成为“楚天藜蒿第一村”，并于2017年被评为“全国一村一品村”。同时，近年来由于人口老龄化、土地酸化等问题日益突出，出现了耕地撂荒的现象，急需引进新的种植模式。</p><p style="white-space: normal;box-sizing: border-box;">李超群带领村“两委”干部实地考察后决定，探索绿色生态种养，引进 “稻+鳅+蛙”和“藕+鳅+蛙”两种种养模式，新建稻鳅蛙和藕鳅蛙套养示范基地各500亩，预计本年内经济效益达800万元。</p><p style="white-space: normal;box-sizing: border-box;">5月12日该村与武汉市农科院签订技术服务协议，两个产业基地由村干部贷款投入资金，前期已贷款250万元。由水产专家提供专业的技术咨询服务，待产生收益后再将种养殖技术教给村民，带领村民增收。</p><p style="white-space: normal;box-sizing: border-box;"><br style="box-sizing:
