border-box;">洪北堤位于蔡甸区西部，距蔡甸城区40公里，该堤西起挖沟泵站，东至三羊头，长24.42公里，洪北堤大致呈西东走向，堤外为通顺河水系，是武汉市附近汉江下游右岸与长江之间的一片低洼地带，历史上曾是长江的自然洪泛区。洪北堤属于杜家台分蓄区，保护着南边湖垸、军山外垸、成功外垸、成功内垸、大兴垸、西大治垸、东大治垸、洪北垸共八个圩垸，保护耕地14.1万亩，人口2.3万。为了确保杜家台分蓄区分洪安全度汛，2016年汛后，根据现有规划资料制定防洪框架，对洪北堤、洪北隔堤及官莲湖堤进行除险加固，工程实施后洪北堤为4级堤防。</p></section></section></section></section><section
