style="white-space: normal;box-sizing: border-box;">“通过近几年的努力，蔡甸区高新技术企业呈现爆发式的增长，从2017年的37家，截至目前高新技术企业已增长到332家，在全市所占比例接近4%。”蔡甸区科技和经信局党委委员、总工程师周长飞介绍，2021年全区高新技术产值全年完成594.56亿元，同比增长11.38%。</p><p border-box;">据介绍，蔡甸区科经局建立了高新技术企业梯次成长机制和高新技术企业申报库，针对不同企业分类管理，依据企业条件重点培养，并对纳库企业（被评为科技型中小企业或科技“小巨人”企业）进行政策性奖励。2021年全区科技型中小企业入库完成174家，超市级目标74家。截至目前，今年已完成209家大幅超过全年目标任务。</p><p style="white-space: border-box;">为促进科技成果转换，蔡甸区科经局积极宣传高新技术企业申报政策，开展蔡甸区科技成果转化专项行动。去年，蔡甸区科经局共举办科技成果转化对接签约活动5场，签约科技成果转化项目31个，签约科技成果金额达到5042万元。“我们的技术合同登记，历年都是以50%以上的增长幅度。2021年我们完成技术合同登记14.1亿元，今年的目标我们是19亿元，截至目前已经完成了10.7亿元，这个增长幅度也是非常大的。”周长飞介绍。</p><p
