严肃查处违反中央八项规定精神问题 武汉市纪委监委通报5起典型案例

text-align: justify;"><span style="font-size: 16px;">江夏区林业调查规划设计队负责人谭志辉违规组织公款吃喝问题。2022年1月25日下午，谭志辉在未经批准的情况下，组织企业年会活动，在年终总结会后，违规组织16名员工到某酒店聚餐，使用公款2098.78元。谭志辉受到党内警告处分。</span></p><p style="line-height: 2em; text-align: justify;"><span style="font-size: 16px;"><br/></span></p><p style="line-height: 2em; text-align: justify;"><span style="font-size: 16px;">中法武汉生态示范城管委会3名聘用人员私车公养问题。2021年6月至2021年9月，管委会聘用人员曹剑、叶飞、胡绪欢违规使用公务加油卡为私家车加油共10次，费用共计1977.75元。曹剑、叶飞、胡绪欢分别受到党内警告处分，管委会公车管理负责人、公务加油卡保管员均受到相应处理。</span></p><p style="line-height: 2em; text-align: justify;"><span style="font-size: 16px;"><br/></span></p><p style="line-height: 2em; text-align: justify;"><span style="font-size: 16px;">新洲区三店街井塘村原党支部书记、村委会主任蔡志英“精致走账”违规吃喝问题。2019年12月至2021年2月，蔡志英通过虚报环境整治用工、虚增耕地除黑面积等方式，违规套取资金并私设“小金库”，用于支付吃喝、购买烟酒等费用58108元。村“两委”委员黄太红明知违规，但未及时制止并向上级报告。蔡志英受到党内严重警告处分，黄太红受到诫勉处理。</span></p><p style="line-height: 2em; text-align: justify;"><span style="font-size: 16px;"><br/></span></p><p style="line-height: 2em; text-align: justify;"><span style="font-size: 16px;">华中港航物流集团有限公司原党委委员、总会计师、董事王绍华“精致走账”公款送礼问题。2019年至2020年，王绍华与时任财务管理部部长姚治坤以虚报招待费方式，套取公司资金用于公款送礼，涉及金额17916元。王绍华、姚治坤分别受到党内严重警告处分。</span></p><p style="line-height: 2em; text-align: justify;"><span style="font-size: 16px;"><br/></span></p><p style="line-height: 2em; text-align: justify;"><span style="font-size: 16px;">硚口区荣华街玉带社区原党委书记、居委会主任马光辉违规收受礼金问题。2019年，马光辉参与荣华街某旧城改造项目房屋征收工作，负责被征收户相关情况认定审核。2019年春节前后，马光辉先后2次违规收受征收拆迁代办公司工作人员所送现金共计3万元。马光辉受到党内严重警告处分。</span></p><p style="line-height: 2em; text-align: justify;"><span style="font-size: 16px;"><br/></span></p><p style="line-height: 2em; text-align: justify;"><span style="font-size: 16px;">据悉，以上5起案例，均是在武汉市2021年以来开展的“精致走账”隐形变异问题专项检查、违规吃喝集中整治中发现的，涉及违规吃喝、公款送礼、私车公养等问题，违纪行为均发生在党的十九大以后，是典型的不收敛不收手问题。</span></p><p style="line-height: 2em; text-align: justify;"><span style="font-size: 16px;"><br/></span></p><p style="line-height: 2em; text-align: justify;"><span style="font-size: 16px;">2022年五一、端午将至，武汉市纪委监委强调，广大党员干部尤其是领导干部要把节点当“考点”，严格遵守作风建设相关纪律规定，坚决杜绝“节日腐败”，做到“七个严禁”。该市将紧盯“酒杯中的奢靡之风”、换届后违规更新配备领导干部实物保障用车、违规收送名贵特产和礼品礼金等突出问题，认真开展专项检查，对发现的问题快查严处、绝不姑息，持续释放全面从严、一严到底的强烈信号，确保节日风清气正。</span></p><p style="line-height: 2em;
