border-box;">推动减租政策有效传导至实际承租人。</strong></span>对于所属股权多元化子企业，要积极沟通协调，争取中小股东理解支持，在规范履行内部决策程序后对租金予以减免。<span style="color: rgb(44, 127, 201);box-sizing: border-box;"><strong style="box-sizing: border-box;">对于所属子企业因落实减租政策导致资金困难的，上级企业或集团公司应给予资金支持。</strong></span>关于服务业行业分类标准，可参考国家统计局《国民经济行业分类》（原则上第三产业都可以视为服务业），优先减免271号文件所涉及行业。关于小微企业界定范围，可参考《关于印发中小企业划型标准规定的通知》（工信部联企业〔2011〕300号）或市场监管总局网站的“小微企业名录查询”模块。</p><p
