border-box;">2021年12月，市民丁女士投诉其在骑电动车经过碧荷花园门口处井盖时，由于井盖位移导致摔倒受伤。区大数据中心接到市转派的投诉件后，第一时间组织区城管局、区住建局、区水务局城排中心及蔡甸街道前一同往现场核实处理。</p><p style="white-space: normal;box-sizing: border-box;"><br style="box-sizing: border-box;"/></p><p style="white-space: normal;box-sizing: border-box;">后期，在多方协调配合下，区城管局主动上门与丁女士对接，妥善处理了诉求人的赔偿问题。事后，丁女士再次拨打了市民热线，对处理结果表示满意，并表扬市民热线为其解决了难题。</p><p style="white-space: normal;box-sizing: border-box;">去年12月，世茂龙湾十期有40多名业主投诉周边建筑垃圾场异味严重，困扰小区业主基本生活。后期，在督办组的跟踪关注下，通过大集街道相关部门、西湾湖社区与区住建局的协调配合，新垃圾场已高标准建好即将投入使用，群众投诉的垃圾场准备马上搬离。世茂龙湾业主对此表示满意，目前已无新增类似投诉。</p><p style="white-space: normal;box-sizing:
