精准计量一度电领跑高压计量领域磐电科技：给电力系统制造“标准秤”

line-height: 2em;">16年坚守“小市场”<section style="font-size: 17px; letter-spacing: 1px; line-height: 2; box-sizing: border-box; text-align: justify;"><section style="box-sizing: border-box;" powered-by="xiumi.us">磐电科技位于蔡甸常福工业园，是我省第三批专精特新“小巨人”企业。 2月16日，记者随省经信厅专精特新“小巨人”调研组来到该公司，走进这里的研发中心及特高压标准实验室，仿佛进入一个大型游乐场，里面的校验装置多为十余米高，有的似“跳楼机”，有的像过山车，柱体或是醒目的橘红，或是洋气的宝蓝，顶部均压环的造型不一而足。 磐电科技总经理孙军指着一个“长了六条机械腿的平台”说，这是刚在省外完成校验任务的特高压互感器校验装置，试验时自主展开，满足试验绝缘要求，运输时自主收缩，满足道路运输要求。 互感器，重要的电能计量装置之一，通常安装在变电站、发电厂中，用以测量或计量电压、电流信号。国家计量法规规定，电能计量装置必须进行现场检定。通俗来说，磐电科技的产品就是用来校验互感器等计量设备准确度的“标尺”。令人意外的是，这些动辄数十吨的大块头，对应的却是一个高度专业化、精细化的小市场。 “我创办磐电科技时，整个市场一年的规模只有几千万元。”2006年，在武汉高压研究所（现中国电力科学研究院）下属企业从事互感器校验产品研发的孙军，已是业内小有名气的专家。孙军坦言，他深知这个小产品的发展空间有限，仍决定“下海”投身此业。“做大企业不想干的事、小企业干不了的事，总会有生存空间。而且，小方向产品也总得有企业去钻研。” 刚开始，孙军也走过弯路。当时，磐电科技为一家大企业做代工，不费劲就可以赚点小钱。不料，对方突然调整代工企业，订单瞬间就没了着落。痛定思痛，孙军决心自主研发开拓市场。他很快组建起一支经验丰富、创新力强的技术研发团队，研发的互感器检测校验系统先后得到江苏、四川等科研院所认可，并成功完成“溪洛渡水电站”“锦屏一级水电站”等世界级水电站的互感器误差试验。 此后，磐电科技的产品线逐渐丰富，从研制互感器检测设备到所有电力物资的检测设备，产品很快在市场崭露头角。 </section></section><p style="padding: 7px 0px; line-height: 2em;">站上特高压“风口”<section style="font-size: 17px; letter-spacing: 1px; line-height: 2; box-sizing: border-box; text-align: justify;"><section style="box-sizing: border-box;" powered-by="xiumi.us">2月16日，磐电科技车间内的生产如火如荼，工人们正在赶制的互感器校验设备，要在3月底前发往贵州、江西、云南等地。 电力工业是国民经济发展的先行者，用电量变化是经济发展的重要“晴雨表”。“十三五”和“十四五”期间，国家电网启动一批特高压重点项目建设。特高压，被誉为“电力高速公路”，具有容量大、损耗低和效率高等技术优势，能够极大提高电网的输送能力，为经济社会发展提供强劲动力。相关计量校验的市场需求随之大增，尤其是发电大省以及经济强省需求巨大。 机遇常垂青有准备的人。特高压对计量校验提出更高要求，十余年的技术储备，为这家企业抓住机遇添上一枚重磅砝码。 在磐电科技，产品研发人员占了员工总数的一半，全部产品均为自主研发。每年，公司的研发投入在销售收入中的占比将近20%，这一数字足以比肩“科技硬核”的科创板企业。公开数据显示，2020年，科创板上市公司的研发投入占比均值约为15%。公司先后获得国家科学技术进步奖二等奖、中国电力科学技术进步一等奖、中国计量测试学会科学技术进步一等奖、中国专利优秀奖，参编国家计量技术法规8项，行业标准24项，申请专利113项，全国唯一的国家高电压计量站的特高压标准实验室亦花落磐电科技工业园。 2016年底，磐电科技首创1000千伏特高压电压互感器车载校验平台，在济南特高压泉城变电站投入使用，填补该领域国内外技术空白。在国内特高压互感器校验领域这一赛道上，磐电科技迅速成为领跑者。 孙军介绍，公司的业务已覆盖全国所有省份，并成为国家电网、南方电网、内蒙古电网主要的互感器检测校准设备供应商。专注细分市场的同时，他也在思考怎样拓宽赛道，计划从单一生产产品转向提供校验服务。对于这次“再创业”，他自信且坚定看好行业未来发展。 </section></section><section style="max-width: 100%;
