非法捕鱼人员主动自购鱼苗投放汉江

border-box;">2021年7月30日，执法人员在对汉江蔡甸街杨树湾河段进行监控视频巡逻时发现嫌疑人杨某在违规使用地笼进行违法捕鱼。经监控录像取证后，执法人员立刻对其进行了抓捕，现场查获地笼等违规捕鱼工具及渔获物半斤。在执法人员的批评教育下，杨某意识到自身行为对生态环境造成的破坏，主动要求自购鱼苗投放汉江补偿生态。</p></section><section
