border-box;">据悉，寒潮预警通知下发后，区民政局制定完善应对低温极寒雨雪天气应急预案，提前防范，严格实行24小时巡查制度，第一时间要求各养老设施、养老机构恪尽职守，密切关注天气变化，及时落实防寒防冻各项措施，提前对防寒物资进行检查，确保关键时刻拿得出、用的上。同时，认真细致对辖区内留守老人、高龄独居老年人、困难残疾人情况进行走访摸排，在幸福院等建立临时救助点，对发现的需要救助的人员及时进行救助。</p></section></section><section
