white-space: normal; box-sizing: border-box;">13日下午，正在上班的占女士突然接到一个陌生电话，对方声称是淘宝客服人员，能准确地说出商品订单号，告诉占女士除了正常退货退款外，还可以申请“商品不满意”保险理赔，理赔金额是80元。然后，“客服”添加了占女士的微信，并提供给她一个二维码，扫描打开却是个网页，需要填写理赔银行卡信息。可是，占女士仍然保持着警惕，担心对方冒充淘宝客服，便用一张余额为零的建行银行卡，填写了相关信息。没过一会，占女士收到多个验证码，并在网页中输入一个验证码。</p><p style="margin-top: 0px;
