box-sizing: border-box;"><br/></p><p style="margin-top: 0px; margin-bottom: 0px; padding: 0px; box-sizing: border-box;">据悉，黄陵小学建设项目位于武汉市蔡甸区中法武汉生态示范城内，地处新天北路与乐仪街交汇处，项目规划用地 24767.93㎡，总建筑面积 27078.47 ㎡（其中地上建筑面积16562.27㎡，地下建筑面积10516.2㎡），建设规模为24 个班。其中教学用房、食堂报告厅为建筑高度为16.05米的多层公共建筑，公厕及门房为建筑高度为3.9米的单层公共建筑，室外体育设施包含250m环形跑道及操场，2个篮球场，1个排球场，配套建设道路、绿化、给排水、电气、环保、消防等工程在高质量、高标准要求下，住宅方面主体结构采用了剪力墙、框架剪力墙结构，有效抗震设防烈度为6度。地下室方面采用了独立基础和抗浮锚杆技术，地下部分与土壤接触的外墙体采用了抗渗自防水钢筋混凝土墙。后浇带采用了止水钢板和外贴式止水带二道设防。地下室耐火等级为二级，配套采用了自动喷水灭火系统。</p><p style="margin-top: 0px;
