拆违先行 助力蔡甸老旧小区“旧貌”换“新颜”

border-box;">据悉，旅游宿舍是今年蔡甸街改造的老旧小区之一。小区1996年建成，目前有住户99户，共252人。今年7月9日，该小区正式启动老旧小区改造工作。前期，街道、社区相关工作人员对小区住户进行走访，将小区改造后的样貌、改造用的材料、外墙颜色等与居民进行共同协商，召开民意座谈会，听取居民意见建议，得到居民们的大力支持。</p></section></section><section
