蔡甸区启动劳动关系“和谐同行”能力提升三年行动计划

border-box;">选树金牌劳动关系协调员、打造金牌协调劳动关系社会组织、打造金牌劳动人事争议调解组织、企业培育共同行动计划、服务新企业用工计划、重点企业用工指导计划及企业薪酬指引计划</strong>七个方面内容，对蔡甸区实施劳动关系“和谐同行”能力提升三年行动做出具体部署。</p><p style="white-space: normal;box-sizing: justify;">会上，各成员单位一致认为要继续充分发挥协调劳动关系三方作用，分工明确，责任到位，加强企业指导服务，充分调动政府、企业、职工三方的积极性、主动性，并就如何更好地关注和重视“工会会员意识”“合同履约度”“工会互助凝聚度”等方面，着力提升处置机制运行效率，进一步深化和谐劳动关系建设工作进行了交流讨论。</p><p style="white-space:
