首次集中出让13宗地块 中法生态城建设再提速

text-align: justify;"><span style="letter-spacing: 1px;"><br/></span></p><p style="text-align: center;"></p><p><br/></p><p style="line-height: 2em; text-align: justify;"><span style="letter-spacing: 1px;">今年以来，中法生态城按照区委区政府决策部署，坚持把全域土地经营作为“第一要素”，以时不我待、只争朝夕的精神全力推进土地收储征收和报批供应工作。牢固树立不清零等于“0”的意识，突出新农集镇、中法半岛小镇等重点片区和重点项目，统筹推进土地征收拆迁、房屋安置腾退及收储等工作，确保重点项目成熟一个、落地一个，努力实现由“项目等地”向“地等项目”转变，拆迁已签约46万方、拆除30万方，收回5宗约385亩国有土地的使用权，完成土地报批约580亩，累计挂牌土地16宗约2072亩，为项目落地开工和开发建设奠定坚实基础。</span></p><p style="line-height: 2em;
