justify;">该项目由蔡甸区气象局与区科协联合建设。</span>据了解，科普场馆前期规划建设涵盖科普馆、科普园、科普网三大部分，中远期规划建设科普公园，覆盖高湖大桥后官湖、绿道及沿湖半岛。前期目标预计2-3年建成，力争实现第一年建馆开放，第二年建园观光，第三年建网上线的计划。中远期科普公园4-5年实施，围绕湖泊生态保护、应对气候变化、全民健身低碳生活、中法科技文化交流，对（自然）湖泊、（友谊）绿道、（生态）半岛、（绿色）山村进行综合科普设施建设。</p><p
