box-sizing: border-box;">据了解，沉湖国际重要湿地作为武汉市唯一的国际重要湿地，是武汉“第十四届《湿地公约》缔约方大会”参观考察点。沉湖国际重要湿地主要由沉湖、张家大湖、王家涉湖和杜家台分蓄洪区部分区域组成，总面积11579.1公顷，是江汉平原上最大的淡水湖泊泛水沼泽湿地，是地球上同一纬度湖泊群中唯一的一处典型的淡水湖泊和沼泽湿地，生态系统结构完整，功能独特，生物多样性丰富，被专家誉为“湿地水禽遗传基因保存库”。2013年10月，国家林草局和国际湿地公约秘书处将沉湖湿地列入《国际重要湿地目录》。</p><p style="white-space: normal;
