style="white-space: normal;box-sizing: border-box;">农村强，必须产业强。产业强，要有龙头带。加强支部引领，促进产业发展是巩固拓展脱贫攻坚成果同乡村振兴有效衔接的重要途径。中湾村党支部紧抓产业振兴这个“强引擎”，壮大集体经济、推进乡村经济社会协调发展，有效帮助群众增收致富。</p><p style="white-space: border-box;">2020年，在驻村工作队的关心和大力支持下，通过考察、学习及市场分析，中湾村党支部决心发展大球盖菇种植业，申报建造食用菌大棚产业发展项目。大球盖菇（又名赤松茸）是一种新型食用菌，营养价值高、市场前景好、经济效益优。</p><p style="white-space: normal;box-sizing: border-box;"><br style="box-sizing: border-box;"/></p><p style="white-space: normal;box-sizing: border-box;">在区街财政扶贫资金和派出单位帮扶资金支持下，中湾村利用26亩坡地和矿山迹地，经过平整改造，建设24个食用菌大棚，以及冷库、围网、监控、喷灌、道路、沟渠等配套设施。</p><p style="white-space: normal;box-sizing: border-box;"><br style="box-sizing: border-box;"/></p><p style="white-space: normal;box-sizing: border-box;">为打消群众疑虑，让群众对大球盖菇种植业更加安心、放心，5名村干部带头试种，有效带动脱贫户和其他农户种植，形成工作队大力帮扶、干部带头种、群众跟着干的良好氛围。</p><p style="white-space: normal;box-sizing: border-box;"><br style="box-sizing: border-box;"/></p><p style="white-space: normal;box-sizing: border-box;">2020年10月开始播种菌丝，到2021年4月已累计收获大球盖菇35000斤，市值21万元，有力带动了中湾村产业发展，并带动16户脱贫户受益，脱贫户、一般农户亩产净利润达到1.5万元，实现村集体经济和脱贫户收益“双增收”。</p><p style="white-space:
