normal;">同心村4组有处角落一直是村民的“心病”，杂乱的荒草、废弃的杂物与周围环境格格不入。记者看到，1500平方米的空地成了个别村民的自留地，大家在内种菜甚至养家禽，不仅环境脏乱差，还存在一定安全隐患，村民反映强烈。虽然每年村委会都会定期请人清理，但是清理的速度远远比不上扔垃圾的速度。</p><p style="white-space: normal;"><br/></p><p 举双手赞成改善周边环境，这块地原来是块菜地，由村里少数几位勤劳的村民自行栽种一些蔬菜。这块地，包括整个村听说是被某个开发商看中，因为同村里领导，还有土地局方面没有协调好，一直空置，但却被被该开发商用院墙围起十来年。近两年，村里先后老了不少村民，再加上水，电铺设老旧，特别是下水排放无管道铺设，卫生条件很差，村民几次上访要求改善，这两天终于动了，但美中不足的是在该次整改中没有通知该空地旁一户村民的情况下，强制推毁该村民自留地自建景观花园及院墙，特别让人痛心的是开发商到现在也没给该村民一个说法。法制社会，做任何事都有一个先后，有个程序，我们支持环境改造，我们渴望好的生活环境，但不通知村民，趁房主在医院时乱毁村民自有房屋，及花园植物，你就不能站起来有个说法吗？可能某些人会认为不就是赔钱的事撒？错！！！村民总该有知情权吧！毁坏到今天也没人此事做出回应，村委推开发商，开发商更无礼说是他的地，人家祖祖辈辈在此住了百年都不敢自己的地！所以对于村委，开发商来说不单单是赔钱的事，而是尊重民权的大事 要拆就拆彻底，最好趁该村五十户村民都不在家时，一夜把村子都推成平地，还地国家，免得某些人，某些公司望地掉哈喇子 请相关村委领导，开发商及派出所（已报案）给出合理解释 不要踩着普通老百姓的血汗得名得财才是正道 4月15号早上，在不同房主有任何沟通且不在家的情况下，另在毁坏时有同村村民同毁坏房主私人景观院墙及花草植物的工作人员说明是私人财产还执意推毁，态度恶劣，到今天20号还没有相关部门领导站出来承担此事，我们村村民，祖祖辈辈在莲花湖畔生活，从有田有地，到无田无地，每个月仅拿一百元生活费近十几年，现在连自己做的四十来年的老房子都没有自主权，着实不知道该找谁申诉 被某开发商无任何理由圈了十几年，所谓的被圈起来的荒地原来是周边几户村民的自留地。去年响应蔡甸区争创文明城市被街道还是村委用挖机挖的七零八落，坑坑洼洼，当时地里种着几户勤劳的村民种的蔬菜被全部毁坏，村里仅给了几百块青苗费，还是村民到村委会去了十几次，三四个月后才发放。当时承诺整治好下水，埋下水管，修窨井，结果呢，把地毁了，菜埋了，到现在近一年了，还是村民们集体申诉，现在才有点动作，只要下大雨，污水横流，因围的院墙属于急弯处，对面又是小学，再加上该地地势低洼，旁边的住户善良的老人发现院墙外经常发生交通摩擦，碰撞，于是到村委及城管打申请，只有自己花钱把家门口自留地用土填起，修透明院墙，又怕因为自家院內杂物多影响市容，自己出钱购买好的蔷薇花及月季花种，修花坛，做景观设计，刚成型，结果趁着老人家去医院这几天，家里没人，用挖机全部推毁。你们是为民办事还是为了争地抢钱，还是目无法纪欺负老百姓
