normal;">历史上的侏儒山战役历时两个半月，发生大小战斗14次，全歼伪一师5000余人，击溃伪二师1000余人，毙伤日军200余人。这是新四军第五师成立以来规模最大、影响最广、战果最辉煌的一仗，也是新四军在湖北最大的一场战役。在侏儒山战役博物馆的建设和保护事业中，以创始人傅建桥为代表的傅氏兄妹三代人接力传承，作出了巨大的贡献，也因为有了红色文化保护这个光荣的事业，傅氏兄妹退休后的生活变得充实而快乐。<br/></p></section></section><section normal;">傅建桥从小接受红色革命传统的教育，其家庭在父亲傅玉和参加革命后，在整个的抗日战争和解放战争中，牺牲了五人，伤残二人。父亲傅玉和在侏儒山战役中荣立大功，在川、汉、沔的游击战中，傅玉和带动侏儒山地区近百位乡亲参加新四军，其中近三十余位牺牲在抗日战场和解放战争中。傅玉和始终以“淡泊名利，无私奉献”的优良家风教育子女，要求他们一生践行“永远跟党走”的初心使命，认真听党的话，任何时候都要对党忠诚。</p><p style="white-space: normal;">受优良家风的影响，为纪念新四军第五师中原抗战的丰功伟绩，传承不屈不挠的革命精神，守护红色文化，傅建桥四处奔走，八方求援，致力于博物馆的建设。他与自家几位叔叔一起无偿捐赠了各自管理的土地，卖掉了在汉口市中心的住宅，拿出毕生的积蓄，积数年之功，终于筹资建成侏儒山战役博物馆。</p></section></section></section></section><section normal;">建馆以来，馆长傅建桥及兄弟姐妹传承红色家风，积极投身于红色文物的保护中。他们收藏保护了侏儒山抗战的相关史料、书籍以及新四军胸章、臂章、军用饭盒、缴获的战利品日本30式刺刀等许多珍贵战时物品，在侏儒山战役博物馆中展出。他们还出资保护当地五棵近百年榆朗、朴树、黄连木古树等，此批树也是当年李先念、张执一等系马之树，是重要红色文物。此外，傅建桥还号召村民沿着傅家山栽种了数百株香樟树，随后将傅家山进行全面绿化。<br/></p></section></section></section><section normal;">侏儒山战役博物馆坚持免费对外开放，开馆以来共接待参观人员40余万人次。建馆至今的近十年间，傅建桥将全部的资金与心血投入到了侏儒山战役博物馆的运营管理中。他始终坚持以整洁的环境、热情的接待、认真的讲解、周到的服务满足参观者的需求，每年为参观人员提供免费讲解近千场。而他自己近十余年来几乎从未购买过超过百元的衣服，坚守着清贫的生活。傅建桥兄弟姐妹非常团结友爱，以馆为家，以馆为荣，并动员全家和村里的年轻人，积极宣传传承侏儒山红色精神。除馆休日外，傅建桥和兄弟姐妹每天坚持早上五点从武汉各地前往馆里，做好馆内外卫生，以清洁的馆容迎接每位观众。他们从不计工资与报酬，更在馆区改造缺资时主动解囊捐资。如今，傅建桥全家三代都投入到爱国主义和国防教育活动中，通过发挥博物馆的展览功能和宣传优势，继承和发扬光荣革命传统，传承红色力量。<br/></p></section></section></section></section><section normal;">如今，侏儒山街阳湾村被中央组织部、湖北省委组织部列为红色美丽村庄建设试点村，是全国首批、湖北省23个试点村之一，也是武汉市唯一的试点村。为了配合红色美丽村庄的整体规划和建设，傅建桥拆掉老宅的庭院，使之作为公共服务的场地，并积极投入到相关配套设施的建设当中。傅建桥表示，将继续弘扬红色家风家训，将红色基因传承下去，始终不忘初心、牢记使命，保持奋发有为的精神状态，为红色侏儒山的发展贡献自己的一份力量。</p></section></section></section></section><section
