一声“巧巧” 万千回响——从“一个人”到“一群人”的乡村治理“鄂州样本”观察

visibility: visible;"><span leaf="" style="visibility: visible;">在梁子湖区东沟镇<span class="" link-id="link-1785134714930-0.577385821402544">茅圻村</span>，“巧巧”是558户村民最熟悉的一个名字。谁家水管漏了、谁家电费该缴了、哪个老人该买药了，第一个蹦进脑子里的就是“找巧巧”。十年前，余巧从一张手写的小卡片起步，把自己的电话号码塞进每一位留守老人的口袋里；十年后，这串数字早已不是一个人的号码——“巧巧工作室”从茅圻村萌芽，如今已在鄂州全市铺开，近四千名志愿者用同样的名字、同样的承诺，回应着千家万户的呼唤。</span></p><p style="line-height: 2;
