text-wrap: wrap; background-color: rgb(255, 255, 255);">李桂茹哭了一夜，可第二天，她还是红着眼眶把钥匙交到了村集体手上。往后的日子，李桂茹手把手，把腊蹄子、锅巴饭的手艺一点一点教给邻里。闵洪艳常说：“干部决不能跟老百姓争利。只有这样，老百姓才愿意跟着干部走。”这一“舍”，换来了全村120多家农家乐的“得”。如今全村农家乐全部纳入合作社，统一定价、统一标准、统一品牌——不拉客、不宰客，家家户户都有稳定增收。</p><p style="box-sizing: border-box;
