normal;box-sizing: border-box;">新帮村地处武汉西大门，与汉川接壤，是一个农业大村，耕地面积近13000亩。过去因传统种植收益较少，年轻人大多都外出务工，村内空心化现象普遍，造成大量土地撂荒闲置，村集体负债累累，村民收入较低，被列为建档立卡贫困村。</p><p style="white-space: normal;box-sizing: border-box;">为改变贫穷落后的现状，新帮村“两委”班子积极清理历史债务，通过偿还合理债务、剔除不合理债务、重新规范土地承包合同等方式，使得新帮村的历史债务得到有效化解。为促进村集体经济发展，带领村民早日脱贫，新帮村召开党员大会和村民代表大会，广泛听取党员群众意见，并结合外出考察情况，根据本村实际，积极探索“村党组织+合作社+农户”的发展模式，先后引进13家农业专业合作社，盘活了村内闲置土地资源，增加了村集体经济收入，使得村集体经济从负债200多万元到年收入达 border-box;">“乡村发展必须要有自己的产业，有产业才能有新的发展。”新帮村党总支书记黄水生时常强调这句话，“现在把土地流转给合作社确实能带来稳定的收益，但不会带来更多的收益，要实现乡村振兴，我们必须行动起来。”</p><p style="white-space: normal;box-sizing: border-box;"><br style="box-sizing: border-box;">但是，发展什么产业呢？连片耕地已流转给合作社经营，剩余耕地都比较零碎。通过长期观察，村“两委”班子发现村内存在大量农田冬季闲置，可以种植有经济效益的秋冬作物，提高土地效益。通过土壤样本送检，咨询农业专家，依托帮扶单位的技术支持，村“两委”班子提出了种植萝卜，发展酱萝卜产业的想法。</p><p style="white-space: normal;box-sizing: border-box;">在党员大会上，党员们热烈讨论，认为萝卜耐寒性好，容易种植，且村民都有种植萝卜的经验，发展酱萝卜产业是一个好的想法。“我们这一片都喜欢吃酱萝卜，好多老人都有腌制萝卜的手艺，孩子过年回家走的时候都要带一罐腌萝卜。”“萝卜生产制作也比较简单，大家都能做。”根据调查比较，种植萝卜每亩经济收益比种小麦等常规农作物高800至1000元。最终，村党组织决定就种萝卜，发展酱制萝卜产业！</p></section><section
