25);">订单充足，机器连轴转，车间里9条生产线全部开足马力</span></strong>。”中建钢构武汉有限公司一车间主任么忠孝介绍，“为确保深圳项目3月交付节点，大年初四按下生产‘启动键’，春节复工人员较去年增加40%。”</p><p><br/></p><p>为了让留岗员工安心过年，除按照规定落实假期工资外，企业还推出了开设年味食堂、发放新春慰问红包等系列“暖心”举措。来自河南的焊工李启龙说：“今年就不回家过春节了，厂里给我们提供了很好的保障福利，在这里过年和在家一样。”</p><p><br/></p><p>据悉，该企业2024年完成钢结构产量14.24万吨，实现产值14亿元。当前在手的江汉平原产业交流中心、郑州展贸城中轴连廊等8个重点项目，已排满2025年一季度生产计划。</p><p><br/></p></section><section
