box-sizing: border-box;">自1999年回村任职后，周立新就踏上了探寻 “强村富民”的道路。武汉野生动物王国项目的落户，为官塘村发展带来前所未有的机遇，但过程充满艰辛。项目面临200多种手续、多次股权变更和资产重组，还曾几度面临撤资困境。周立新带领团队跑部门、办审批、寻投资、调土地，历经10年艰辛，终使动物园顺利开园，并通过“保底 + 分红”保障村集体增收，村民也过上了致富增收的好日子。</p><p style="text-wrap-mode: wrap; box-sizing: border-box;">动物园火爆后，不仅吸引了络绎不绝的游客，但同时也带来了“停车难”的“幸福烦恼”。“停车楼好建，选址也好规划，但土地使用性质成了一个难题。”张湾街道官塘村村委委员贺诗勇介绍，在周书记的带领下，村里协调奔波近十年，成功推动停车场土地性质合规变更。去年，智能停车楼项目被列为人大建议案，由政府出资建设，未来将新增近700个停车位，目前基建已完工步入内部机械组装阶段，预计五一前投入使用。</p><p style="text-wrap-mode: wrap;
