margin-top: 0px; margin-bottom: 0px; padding: 0px; box-sizing: border-box;"><br/></p></section><p style="text-wrap-mode: wrap; margin-top: 0px; margin-bottom: 0px; padding: 0px; box-sizing: border-box;">然而，新问题接踵而至。在该村流转土地的德勤公司突然退租，430余亩土地面临撂荒窘境。农户们心急如焚。谢巍积极奔走，多次与相关部门协商沟通。在一次协调会上，他坚定地说：“这土地是村民们的生计，我们不能眼睁睁看着它荒着。不管多困难，我们村集体都要先承担起责任来。”于是，村集体在极其困难的情况下，依然承担了2022年土地租金，发放给农户，并快速引进文旅企业打造研学旅游基地，从2023年开始合理分配承包费，化解了这场矛盾。</p><p style="text-wrap-mode: wrap;
