http://video.cjrbapp.cjn.cn/fs/transcode/20210207/112/97770_1612710463_transv.mp4 武汉蔡甸区沉湖湿地自然保护区是江汉平原上最大的淡水湖泊泛水沼泽湿地。每年冬季，大批候鸟成群结队来此越冬，其中有不少珍稀物种。万鸟竞飞翔的壮观画面引人入胜。沉湖湿地自然保护区管理局工作人员冯江介绍，沉湖湿地是长江中下游流域重要的候鸟越冬地、繁殖地和迁徙停歇地。在1月份开展的湖北省越冬水鸟同步调查中，沉湖湿地共监测到水鸟47种7.7万只，种类和数量均创新高。其中，1月29日，记录到5只国家一级保护鸟类黑鹳。1月30日，一次性监测到白鹤13只，创历年监测记录新高。<img id="{20BCE343-64F9-4632-9D2B-530861E2524F}" title="" border="0" src="https://xhossc.app.xinhuanet.com/uploadfile/cms/1127077222_1612697310340.jpg" data-width="800" data-height="475" align="center" sourcedescription="编辑提供的本地文件" sourcename="本地文件" style="border-style: none; display: block; width: 668.857px; max-width: 100%; margin: 10px auto; height: auto !important;"/>图为鸟儿在沉湖湿地过冬。新华网吴文华摄冯江说，近年来，沉湖湿地持续实施了一系列湿地保护与修复措施，如“三网”拆除、 在湿地周边建立生活污水净化系统、退养还湖还湿等。经过长期治理，沉湖湿地生态环境得到有效恢复。沉湖湿地1994年1月建立区级自然保护区，次年晋升为市级，2006年8月晋升为武汉市第一个省级湿地自然保护区。2013年10月，被确定为国际重要湿地。沉湖湿地主要由沉湖、张家大湖、王家涉湖和杜家台分蓄洪区部分区域组成，总面积11579.1公顷（17.4万亩）。因为历史原因，保护区内存在大量的传统农业生产活动，主要是水产养殖以及少量的种植，这些活动在建立保护区建立之前就存在。2019年，武汉市蔡甸区政府为了解决这个历史遗留问题，在沉湖湿地自然保护区实施了退养还湖（湿），措施得力。保护区内共退养面积7.8万亩，区政府一次性投入退养资金近7000万，之后每年投入近700万资金用于将退养区域通过流转和共管的方式交由沉湖湿地局统一进行生态管护。通过持续修复与保护，保护区生态环境明显改善，越冬鸟类的种类、数量逐年提高，猛禽与鹤类独具特色。<img id="{7561708B-0A0B-4D0C-A166-F12DD8B2B3EA}" title="" border="0" src="https://xhossc.app.xinhuanet.com/uploadfile/cms/1127077222_1612707502641.jpg" data-width="800" data-height="450" sourcedescription="编辑提供的本地文件" sourcename="本地文件" style="border-style: none;
