padding: 0px;"><br/></p><p style="margin-top: 0px; margin-bottom: 0px; padding: 0px;">“看，那群喜鹊在跟那只白腹鹞打架！”芦苇荡中，沉湖湿地自然保护区管理局工程师冯江正用望远镜观察候鸟，看到鸟儿们自由嬉戏，他喜不自禁，“像白腹鹞这类位于食物链顶端的生物越多，代表这个地方的生物多样性保护得越好。”</p><p style="margin-top: 0px; margin-bottom: 0px; padding: 0px;">2022年11月5日，国家主席习近平以视频方式出席在武汉举行的《湿地公约》第十四届缔约方大会开幕式并发表致辞，指出要凝聚珍爱湿地全球共识，深怀对自然的敬畏之心，减少人类活动的干扰破坏，守住湿地生态安全边界，为子孙后代留下大美湿地。</p><p style="margin-top: 0px; margin-bottom: 0px; padding: 0px;"><br/></p><p style="margin-top: 0px; margin-bottom: 0px; padding: 0px;">近年来，沉湖湿地一方面加强生态修复保护，一方面提升数字化管理水平和监管效能，绘就了一幅生态新画卷。</p><p style="margin-top: 0px; margin-bottom: 0px; padding: 0px;"><br/></p><p style="margin-top: 0px; margin-bottom: 0px; padding: 0px;">扎根沉湖湿地16年的冯江见证了这里的变化。“我刚来的时候，这里全是渔民养殖的围网，为了保证鱼不被鸟吃掉，渔民甚至敲锣放鞭炮驱赶鸟类。”后来，武汉相继实施了“三网拆除”和“退养还湖”等政策，使过去围网林立的地方，变得水草丰茂、水鸟翔集。</p><p style="margin-top: 0px; margin-bottom: 0px;
