wrap;">创业初期，肖凡面临跨专业的诸多挑战。他自学农业知识，报考华中农业大学植物保护本科专业深造，曾在湖北省农作物植保员大赛中获得第二名的好成绩。同时，他积极参与实践，深入研究农作物的病虫害。通过不懈努力，他考取了高级农艺师和“庄稼医生”资质，并创办了蔡甸供销侏儒山“庄稼医院”，帮助农民解决技术难题，实现增产增收。</p><p style="text-wrap: wrap;">2024年2月，蔡甸区供销社牵头，与武汉国盈农业科技有限公司、武汉市诚民禾旺农业专业合作社共同组建武汉蔡供现代农业服务有限公司，肖凡出任总经理一职。公司成立后，他带领团队提供全托管服务模式，针对土地撂荒现象，推广“育、耕、种、管、技、收、烘、储、加、销”10个环节的服务。他们主动上门为农户提供水稻育种催芽服务，讲解科学的种植方法，解决农户“不会种”的问题。通过集采集配、测土配方科学施肥、精准诊断精准用药等方式，提高了农业生产效率，每亩增收粮食约200斤，节约成本约200元。</p><p
